Shipping policy

Shipping occurs as soon as possible after receiving the order.  If the pottery is not in stock, it may be delayed 2-4 weeks to custom make your order.  I will e-mail you to confirm the order and give an approximate shipping date.  Your patience is appreciated.

Shipping damage:  All work is insured.  Unpack and inspect the item for damage.  Keep all boxes and packing material as evidence for claims.  Notify Rocky Broome about any damages or shipping problems.
